Bookings are only binding once a deposit of Euro 300,00 per room has been made. In the case of cancellations, this amounted is retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancelations

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip.

Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards.

Aplied penality charges (percentage applied to the amount for your reservation):

-         up to 30 days prior to arrival:                                       00%;

-         from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival:                             50%;

-         from 14 to 3 days prior to arrival:                               70%;

-         from 2 days prior to arrival or no show:                 100%.
Cancellation fees to not apply to cancellations made 2 months before the holiday start. 2 months to 1 month before holiday start, we retain the the deposit as a cancellation fee, and if you cancel less than 1 month before holiday start, we have to charge you 70% of the costs for your booked stay.

Arrival and departure
You can access your room on the arrival day from 1:00 pm. Please contact us if you should you arrive after 7:00 pm. Please vacate your room by 10:00 am on your departure day.

Smoking
In Italy, smoking is prohibited in all public rooms and guest rooms by law.

Payment Terms

You can pay your final bill in cash, by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or by Bancomat. Cash payments receive a 2% rebate. Should pricing differ from your booking confirmation, please be aware that the valid pricing is always based on the Medusa pricing list of the current year. In the case of late arrival or early departure, fees are calculated on the duration of stay made at the booking. There is no discount in the case of non-consumption of board meals. By publishing the price list of the current year, all previously printed pricing becomes null and void.
